Supporting children born without eyes or with underdeveloped eyes

The message is simple. We need your support.

By fundraising for MACS you'll be playing your part to make life better for children who have been born without eyes, or, with underdeveloped eyes.

Whether you do something ordinary, or extraordinary, it counts and it all makes a difference.

There's so many things you could do to help. Why not hold a raffle, bake some cakes, or organise a gig? You can fundraising on your own, with friends, as part of your community or school group, or even at work.

If you tell us about your experiences and help us to inspire other supporters, you might even be awarded the title of MACS' Star Fundraiser! We want to hear all about the creative ways you have raised funds for MACS, so just email us at fundraising@macs.org.uk

Your fundraising could enable:

Lily to visit a centre where all her senses will be stimulated and she can have some fun!

George to ride a specially adapted bike, enjoying all the sensations of the journey.

Daniel to boost his confidence and learn independence while crewing a MACS sailing voyage.

If you would like to discuss your ideas, share your plans or be considered for Fundraiser of the Month, please contact us at fundraising@macs.org.uk or on 0800 644 6017- we would love to hear from you.

When you have decided what you would like to do, we can provide you with everything you might need to support your fundraising activity including posters, sponsorship forms, collection tins and other items. You can also set up an online fundraising page at Virgin Money Giving. Just click on the links at the bottom of the page.

If your supporters are UK tax payers, please remember to ask them to gift aid their donations. It doesn't cost them any more, but is extra money for MACS! Please download our Gift Aid Declaration Form here.
