MACS is pleased to introduce a new support service for our teen members aiming to increase wellbeing and raise resilience.
MACS has collaborated with Jo Morton-Brown, Accredited Counsellor and Young Persons Mental Health Practitioner, who will be creating six, 30 minute podcasts specifically for MACS teens. These podcasts will be easily accessible on phones and laptops and will be available to listen to 24/7 with no limit. Some of the topics Jo will be covering in her podcasts include bullying, Social Anxiety, how to ask for help, self esteem, how to improve sleep and preparing for the future.
We look forward to hearing your feedback.
