Join MACS
Are you the parent or guardian of a child with Microphthalmia, Anophthalmia or Coloboma? Or are you an adult with a MACS condition and UK based? Then apply for a MACS Standard Membership and join the MACS family! MACS is here for the whole family, we will call you to confirm your membership and add any additional members of your family to your registration over the telephone.
Extended family members and close friends can also apply for our Extended Family Membership and receive many member benefits, however will not be eligible to vote at our AGM. For anyone else without a direct connection to someone with a MACS condition, you can join us as a Friend of MACS or Professional membership.

If you are unsure about joining our community, we would love to put you at ease. Do get in touch with our Membership Services team using the web chat function, or contact the Helpline. The helpline is answered by volunteers who are also parents of a MACS child or have the condition themselves.
