Join us for 4 days of adventure, challenges at the Calvert Trust in the Lake District! You'll be able to get involved in lots of new and exciting activities and meet other children and young people with MACS conditions, plus their siblings and friends.
Have you ever wondered what it might be like to canoe across a lake, explore underground caves and tunnels, traverse across zip wires and climb, then abseil down an 8-metre wall? If so, this is the week for you!
The trip is open to members with a MACS condition aged 10-18, plus siblings in the same age range. The cost to participants is £75 per person. MACS is committed to ensuring that costs are not a barrier to accessing our services, therefore financial assistance is available to families experiencing financial hardship.
Your child will get to know other MACS young people and the MACS team, hopefully with a view to transitioning to our adventure breaks when they are older!
