MACS Meet Up North West – A Day of Connection and Fun
Our recent MACS Meet Up North West at the Sensory Hive in Whiston, Liverpool, brought together MACS families for a day of connection, support and fun in a welcoming sensory environment.
Children enjoyed exploring the wide range of sensory spaces and equipment, with plenty of opportunities to play, build confidence and try new experiences alongside other children. The relaxed setting allowed everyone to enjoy the activities at their own pace.
For parents and carers, the event was a chance to meet other families who understand the unique experiences of living with a MACS condition. It provided a welcoming space to share stories, exchange advice and build lasting friendships within the MACS community.
Events like this are an important part of what we do, creating opportunities for families to connect, support one another and make happy memories together.
A huge thank you to our host, Sam, and to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success.
If you have an idea for a future MACS Meet Up, or would like to help organise an event in your area, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch with us at enquiries@macs.org.uk.
