Our ambitions

After listening to our members throughout 2017, we were pleased to publish the Confident and Connected document, setting out our ambitions for the following four years.

The events of 2020 and the subsequent impact of the Covid-19 pandemic have meant that the delivery of the strategy has been slower than hoped. Our immediate priorities are:

• Develop the Charity Infrastructure
  • Rolling out our CRM system to encompass our supporter database
  • Improving our administrative systems & processes
  • Growing & diversifying our income streams
  • Developing the MACS Board
  • Increasing partnership working

  • Increase public awareness of MAC conditions & MACS the Charity
